Body By Vi

Today is my first day of doing Body By Vi I just finished my first shake its supposed to keep you full for 4 hours so its almost 10 o'clock in the morning its 950 AM so I shouldn't be hungry until 3-4 hours . I'm going to see how this works and I'll be back to let you know how my day goes. Well I'm back it now going on 2pm in the after noon  , so far so good i'm don't hungry at all but I did have a banana for lunch ... I will see how the rest of the day goes. They went well I will full for quite some time I made myself eat I will let you know how the rest of the week goes come on and join the challenge The Body By Vi Challenge.

crab and shrimp soup

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
2 ribs celery, chopped (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
4 teaspoons OLD BAY® Seasoning
1/4 cup flour
1 leaf McCormick® Bay Leaves
2 cups chicken broth
1 quart (4 cups) whole milk or (1 quart of whipping cream)
3 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels or (1can)
16 ounces lump crab meat (2 cans)
 1 bag shrimp
1 tomato pates

Directions
  1. Heat butter and oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add potatoes, onion, celery, bell pepper, Old Bay Seasoning and bay leaf; cook and stir 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with flour; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in milk and chicken broth. Bring to boil. Add corn and crabmeat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Remove and discard bay leaf.

New Easy 30 Minute Meals

All you need is
fresh garlic
fresh onions
ground beef
tomato sauce
ricotta cheese
noodle any kind
Shredded mozzarella cheese
   First you want to saute the onions and garlic after salting the onions and garlic at the ground beef after the ground beef is cooked through you want to add to tomato sauce while you cook in the ground beef ,have your noodles cooking in the back when you're done drain and add  the ricotta cheese after adding the ricotta cheese in at the meat and shredded mozzarella cheese cook in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown and whatever vegetable you would like to your meal with mine I have broccoli and Texas toast garlic and butter on top.
