My Goals for this week !

well my diet is going well ,I must say ! I'm down 8 pounds since the first of the year ,so my goal this week is to try to make it to the gym 5 days a week,well on this thursday and friday my schedule is a little crazy ,so my goal is to get up at 5 am in workout for an hour will see how it goes ...
